What does L'Oréal Professionnel represent for you?
I think L'Oréal Professionnel is an amazing brand that represents a lot of strong beautiful women and it has done so for many decades. Their products are wonderful.
Who is the L'Oréal Professionnel woman according to you?
A strong, beautiful woman who can be an example to everyone around her.
How does it feel to be a L'Oréal Professionnel Spokesperson?
It feels great. I'm proud to be a part of the L'Oréal Professionnel dream team.
How important is hair in your life? What role does your hair play in your overall look?
I think that hair is one of the most important and funny accessorizes that you could wear! This is why I like to change and try new hairstyles or hair colors depending on my mood, on what I will attend. For example, last year I wanted grey and I really liked it!
How often do you visit your colorist?
Because I'm blonde (most of the time!) I have to go at least once or twice every 2 months.
What hair tone makes you feel more comfortable and why?
I love to go for a blond that reminds me of the blond I had when I was a child! I feel that it's the most innocent and genuine hair look! I often ask for it when I'm at my colorist's salon!
Could you describe your everyday hair care routine?
Well, because of all the shootings and catwalks I do, my hair is often styled, restyled and goes through a lot of stress, so my hair needs a lot of repair! I've recently discovered Pro Fiber by L'Oréal Professionnel and now I always use it! Pro Fiber has become my absolute must-have hair routine when I need to repair it! There are several ranges, each of them targets a specific level of hair damage so it is really customized! My Pro Fiber range is RE- CREATE and it's just perfect for hair like mine that has been thinned by damage.
The other great thing about Pro Fiber is the RECHARGE monodose which you can use at home to make the treatment super long-lasting. It's super easy: you apply it every fourth shampoo instead of your mask and it reactivates the complex that goes with the in-salon protocol. The effect is amazing!
What are your favorite hair products from L'Oréal Professionnel?
Apart from Pro Fiber, one of my favorite products is Wild Stylers Beach Waves by Tecni.ART to give a sexy Californian texture to my hair. It's super easy to use and you can keep it in your bag! Besides, I love the Crème Universelle by Mythic Oil. It smells so good with the Argan and Almond Oils, and I can use it anytime! To detangle my hair right after a shoot or as a pre-styling cream when I know that my hair will go through a lot of... stress! It gives a sort of protective filter, it's a girl's bag must-have!
Can you share some hair tips?
Coconut oil. I lather my hair in it before I go to sleep or put it in my hair in the sun, at the beach. It's the best and it's natural.
What is your golden beauty rule?
Drink lots of water!
What is in your bag?
A purse format of Beach Waves Spray! When I travel or when I go to a club, I can still retouch my hair quickly with it! Here's a pro tip from my hairdresser: he told me to spray first, then to scrunch the lengths with my hands, and voila! In less than 2 seconds I'm ready again.
What is your favorite hairstyle, hair color and haircut?
As annoying as they are, I love having bangs and I love my beach blonde color.
Which hairstyle would you pick for a date? For a party with your friends?
For a date, a lose pulled back bun. For a party with friends, hair down!
How was the collaboration with Vanessa Bruno?
It was amazing. Vanessa was wonderful.
What do you think of the new INOA It Looks shades created by L'Oréal Professionnel and Vanessa Bruno?
I love them! It's a great idea to have a fashion designer such as Vanessa Bruno select new shades among the INOA palette. The shades are beautiful, very subtle and as tempting as make-up! Haircolor is crucial in a look, so it's great to have the choice between many modern and fashionable haircolor shades.
What did you think of your INOA Nude Beige haircolor?
I find the Nude beige which I wear in the INOA campaign beautiful. If you want the same though, my advice to you is simple: don't mess with your color at home, trust your hair colorist and ask for INOA.
Did the INOA color by Vanessa Bruno reveal something new in your personality?
Yes, it's amazing how a simple hair color can change everything! My look and mood were different; it was like I was another Hailey!
What do you think about the Pro Fiber treatment?
Pro Fiber is truly amazing. It's the perfect solution to lastingly repair your hair however damaged it is. It all starts in salon, the protocol is really personalized with and the result after the service is just wow! At home, you can make it last thanks to the shampoos and the Pro Fiber Re-Charge.
What Pro Fiber range do you use?
My range is RE-CREATE! Pro Fiber has several ranges according to your hair damage and RE-CREATE is just perfect for me because it's made specifically for hair thinned by damage, which is my case. You can tell after I've done the protocol or after I've used one of the Re- Charge monodoses at home, my hair looks really good. My advice to you is to go do a consultation with a pro in salon so you know which range you are: RECTIFY, RESTORE, RECONSTRUCT or RE-CREATE like me.
How would you describe your personal style?
I would say my style is always a little different. Chic but sort of tomboy at times, but also classic. I'm obsessed with 90's style.
For your everyday life look, what are your favorite outfits?
All black. Always a good jacket!
How do you prepare your hair before, during and after a fashion month?
Before, lots of hair treatments-like Pro Fiber-try not to use any heat on it, and leave it down. During, a ton of coconut oil. And after, lots of love!
How would you describe your career path?
I think it's going really well, at a good pace. I'm very happy with the way it's progressing. I feel very grateful.
Are you tempted by a career in cinema and following in your family's footsteps?
Absolutely. I think when the timing is right.
What's next on your project list?
There's a lot of upcoming stuff, in 2017 I want my main focus to be fashion, fashion, fashion.
Do you have any hobbies?
I was a ballet dancer for 12 years. It's a big part of my life.
Could you tell us something about yourself that people don't already know?
I'm a musical theatre geek
Where do you feel at home?
In New York. That's where I was raised.
Could you describe yourself in three words?
Loud, funny, sincere.
How do you prepare a post on Instagram?

What is your favorite filter on Instagram? Any tips or favorite apps to edit pictures?

What kind of habits do you have on Instagram?
I usually just like everything. I'm an avid liker.
Who do you like to take selfies with?
As a digital influencer do you feel like a model for your generation?
I think regardless of social media you should always try to be a role model for your generation and the one to come.
On the Style My Hair app, what are your three favorite looks?
Hard to say, but since I like to change hair color or even try new hair styling from time to time, I love the Style My Hair app because it allows me to see how I would look before trying it in salon!
