3 Styles That Take 5 Minutes or Less!

Gorgeous hair in no time flat!

Short on time? Don't let that be an excuse for messy-looking hair! Ahead, we share three gorgeous hairstyles you can put together in five minutes or less!

You hit the snooze button one too many times and now you're running behind schedule. We've all been there. The result is a hectic morning that often leaves little-to-no time for a typical hair styling routine. Instead of rolling out of bed and heading out the door with hair that's unkempt, stick to a simple and ultra-quick style that can pull your look together in no time flat. Don't know what to ditch your messy bedhead hair in favor of? Don't fret. We're sharing three of our favorite hairstyles that can transform your look from drab to fab in five minutes or less, below! Because a busy schedule is no reason to put your hair on the backburner.

Who doesn't love a good braid? Not only are braids universally flattering, they come in all different shapes and sizes. We just love the whimsical and boho-esque touch braids can give any look! If time is not on your side, try a loose side braid. The style is meant to look perfectly imperfect, so don't waste time addressing any flyaways or making the braids look even!

Get the style: Gather your hair into a side ponytail and secure it with a clear elastic. Use a comb to gently tease the ponytail and begin to braid the teased hair, securing them in place with another clear elastic. Lightly pull apart the braids to add volume and create a more uneven and loose look. Once done, cut the clear elastic at the top of your hair.

An easy way to tie your hair out of your face: a ponytail. It's quick, easy, and can be worn from day to night. Set your ponytail apart at night by adding lots of volume and staying power.

Get the style: High ponytails work great with hair that's full of texture and volume. This is great news when you don't have enough time to shower, as freshly washed hair can be a little too smooth. (If you need to add extra texture, reach for hairspray or dry shampoo.) Start by pulling your hair up towards the crown of your head. Hold the ponytail with one hand and brush out any bumps with the other to ensure a smooth-looking ponytail. Once you've hit the desired height, secure your ponytail in place with a clear elastic. For extra volume and texture, tease the ponytail with a fine-toothed comb.

Does your hair look greasy? Don't fret. Opt for a sleek topknot that will help hide unwashed hair. It's a go-to style for any occasion, be it a day at the office or a black-tie party.

Get the style: Apply a strong-hold gel or sculpting product throughout the lengths of your hair and brush it into a high ponytail. (Follow the steps above for achieving the perfect high ponytail if you're not sure how to do it!) Be sure to get enough height with your ponytail so that it's visible by looking at your face from the front. If it sits too low, it may look more like a ballerina bun. Use a clear elastic to secure the ponytail. Next, twist the tail up around the base and secure it in place with bobby pins. Follow up with a few spritzes of hairspray.
